I had a great experience. The quality of the work was excellent, and the customer service was top-notch. They were professional, honest, and made sure everything was done right on my BMW. I would definitely recommend them.

Was referred by someone that spoke very well of Glen. The tow truck guy even recommended this place and assured me Glenn could fix it. Honest , professional, reasonable price, and timely. I was very satisfied and will be returning. Fixed my 528i 2013.

I’ve never actually been to Glen’s Import Service, but I’m seriously considering a long-distance relationship — yes, with an auto shop. That’s how impressive they are. Even from afar (I’m in CT), I’ve heard nothing but amazing things. Lisa in Accounts Payable is hands-down one of the nicest, most professional people I’ve ever dealt with. She makes paying a bill feel like catching up with a friend — who does that?? And then there’s Glen. Word on the street is he can diagnose a vehicle in his sleep. That’s not just talent — that’s wizardry. If my car ever breaks down and needs a trusted second home, it’s getting shipped to Glen’s. Highly recommend, even across state lines.

Glen has been servicing my vehicle for several years, I can honestly say I trust his knowledge, and experience. More importantly I trust his character and integrity. Your vehicle is in good hands with Glen Imports!

100% HONEST and 100% QUALITY WORK! I’ve been to several mechanic shops for my BMW, including dealerships, and Glen’s has outdone them all! These mechanics TRULY know what they’re doing. The prices are great, also! I’ve had oil changes, coolant hose replacement, spark plugs changed, etc. I am a customer for life!
